Ok, I've gotten a response from Lulu about the copies of my comics that have been glitching out on some people.

This is what they sent me..
Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Lulu Support. I'm sorry to hear that your customers have had trouble downloading the eBooks. Unfortunately, they need to contact us directly in order for us to assist with the License Already Fulfilled error. We will need to refund the purchase, make sure they can use their ADE account, and provide instructions for re-downloading/troubleshooting. We will need to work with the individual customers directly.

Please tell them to contact support via live chat or email:

Also, I've started work on Issue 3.
