Nega-Belle

With the rash of Negaverse characters out there, Inflatabelle had to have one to..right?
So I introduce..Polymera (a.k.a. Nega-Belle)

Picture Jack Bauer was the T-1000.. oh, and a duckette made of living bullet proof polymer. Yeah..
A mercenary with no sense of restraint.
Very positive about how good she is and how awesome her powers are, to the point of self-absorbed arrogance.
She never does anything piecemeal. Every mission is an all or nothing, balls to the wall endeavor.
She doesn't let anything slow her down when she sets her mind to something. Especially innocent civilians. She takes a sinister pleasure in seeing how scared people are of her. It's her revenge against the world for the time she was taunted for being a plastic girl, way back when she first became Polymera.

Origins:
This Millie Barr worked in the Cost City Plastics Company main production facility as a safety inspector.
When an employee fell asleep at his job of regulating the polymerizing vats pressure, it blew, covering Millie in the chemical. When the clean-up crews thought she had melted away, she reformed as living high density plastic. Completely solid, able to assume any shape, she flew into a rage and tore the factory apart.
Since then she has been living for herself with no concern for others or society in general, firmly believing that her 'gift' was a sign that she was above all others. It's all just for her to enjoy herself.
